Kibble-work your way to a job in recycling!
Several positions will be opened up at local community project Kibbleworks’ as the OsKar’s project continues.
With support from the European Social Fund, Kibbleworks provide employment, work experience and training for young adults between the ages of 16 and 24 who are presently unemployed. The OsKar’s project uses unwanted household materials from the waste stream to the benefit of the environment and the local community, to help reduce waste, and train local young people. Items are then refurbished and sold to members of the public, especially to low income families.
There will be a Recruitment Day for the Oskar’s project, on

10am-12pm and 2pm-4pm

The project has recently announced the opening of four posts:
- Office Team Member
- Operations Team Member
- Painting Team Member
- Recycling Team Member
These are all available on a full-time basis, and on a fixed term contract until the end of June. The salary for each meets NMW requirements.
To apply you must:
- Be aged 16-24 and currently unemployed
- Have an interest in working with the public and in the recycling and waste management industry
- Have an understanding of health and safety
- Have a good general level of fitness
