Now, in its 10th year in Hillington Business Park, artisan baker Ian Pediani and his team at Big Bear Bakery specialise in all things sweet and delicious.

It’s been an exciting start to 2017 for the business, having just launched a pop-up bakery at new cafe, Finn

 

ieston House, at 994 Argyle Street Glasgow.

Ian, owner and director of Big Bear Bakery, said: “Our business has been growing and the services Renfrewshire Council’s Invest in Renfrewshire team have been able to offer us has taken the pain out the recruitment process. It’s been invaluable by saving the time to source and secure suitable candidates.”

The business originally accessed the Renfrewshire Recruitment Incentive to employ a member of staff. As things continued to expand, Ian also accessed Invest in Renfrewshire’s Vacancy Management Service to source two further employees for his devoted team.

Ian added: “Business Support has really helped and enabled our business to expand and to look at new markets and deliver bigger volumes of products.”
